Ocracoke Island is located on the southern most tip of the Outer Banks of North Carolina. It is accessible only by ferry and has over 16 miles of prestine beaches that are part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Take a ferry over to Ocracoke and spend the afternoon photographing the dunes, beaches, pelicans and lighthouse with photographers, Dan Waters and Lori A. Cash. Participants will explore the island and all the beauty it has to offer. We will end the day photographing the sunset around Silver Lake and Ocracoke Island Lighthouse.
There are several local hotels on Ocracoke Island, and we would gladly recommend one if you are interested in staying a few days on the island.
