Outer Banks Photo Workshops

Welcome to the Outer Banks photo workshops website. Photographers, Dan Beauvais and Dan Waters, have come together to create this new venture to bring educational photo workshops to the Outer Banks area of North Carolina. As leaders, our focus is to inspire creativity, provide a friendly and fun experience, expand technical skills and teach hands on in the field to all levels of photographers. We offer one day in the field excursions, private instructions, photo workshops, sunrise and sunset weekly workshops, presentations and portfolio reviews.

Dan Beauvais or Dan Waters will lead a Outer Banks sunrise photo workshop Tuesdays at Avalon fishing pier, Outer Banks sunset photo workshop Wednesdays at Jockeys Ridge State Park, and Outer Banks sunrise photo workshop Thursday's at either the Manteo Waterfront or Wanchese Harbor from Easter through Thanksgiving. Learn where the best locations and times for photographing are. one-on-one private instructions can be tailored to your needs, experience level, and likes. $145 for a four hour private session is hands down the best way to learn photography.
